🔹 Home Prices Are Climbing – A recent CoreLogic article predicts home prices will rise 3.6% in 2025. Prices have been flattish over the winter, but lower mortgage rates are already boosting demand. Translation? Waiting could cost you.

🔹 More Buyers Are Coming – Spring is peak home-buying season, which means more competition and tougher bidding wars.

📉 Home prices are down ~3.8% compared to this time last year (Feb ‘24 vs. Feb ‘25), (they are flat for Metro Atlanta) but…
📈 For the full year of 2024, we still saw 3% appreciation—proving real estate remains a strong investment!
⏳ Homes are taking longer to sell—now averaging 69 days in Metro Atlanta and 57 days in Roswell.
🏦 Rates have dipped into the mid 6s—around 6.5%-6.75% for a conventional loan.
